Abstract: According to the “high wind speed” theory, the HWSCESP system combines the hydrodynamics, electro dynamics and static electrics. The experiment was carried on with the dust collection efficiency as the index, with initial density of dust, working voltage as the influencing factors, examining the law of influence on the dust collection efficiency of every factor separately. The results indicate that when the dust initial density is about 45 g/m3, and when working voltage is 47 kV, the effective dust collection area is 14.5 m3 and the system wind speed is 3.8 m/s,the dust collection efficiency is up to 99.92.%.From this, it is indicated that HWSCESP is the new dust collection device with high efficiency and low cost.
