Abstract: Recovery of EDTA boiler cleaning wastewater from power plant by diaphragm electrolysis was studied. The titanium coated with iridium/stannum oxide and stainless steel were used as the anode and cathode, respectively. The deposition speed of Fe powder was mainly influenced by current, initial catholyte pH and mol-ratio of Fe and EDTA. The suitable experiment condition was current of 1.0 A, initial catholyte pH of 5.6 and adequate molratio of Fe and EDTA. Fe nanoparticle and EDTA could be simultaneously and high efficiently recovered by diaphragm electrolysis combining with membrane treatment system.
