水溶态Cd、Zn及其复合污染对3种豆类胚根生长的影响
EFFECT OF WATER-SOLUBLE CADMIUM, ZINC AND THEIR COMBINED SOLUTION ON ROOT GROWTH OF THREE KINDS OF BEANS

摘要: 采用水培实验,研究了Cd、Zn单一及其Cd(20 mg·kg-1)、Zn(5,10,15,20 mg·kg-1)复合污染对3种豆类胚根生长的影响.结果表明,Cd溶液处理,Cd2+浓度为2 mg·kg-1时,3种豆类发芽数(粒)高于对照组,黄豆的发芽数随处理浓度增加而减少,呈负相关,对绿豆和豌豆的发芽没有明显影响,对3种豆类胚根的生长均抑制,对绿豆抑制效应明显,24 h后3种豆类胚根开始出现坏死,或停止生长;不同Zn溶液处理,对3种豆类发芽没有明显影响,低浓度Zn溶液处理(Zn2+-1),刺激胚根生长,抑制率随Zn浓度增加而减小,对绿豆刺激作用明显,Zn2+>15 mg·kg-1,抑制率随浓度增加而增加,出现抑制效应,20 mg·kg-1时抑制3种豆类胚根的生长;Cd(20 mg·kg-1)和不同浓度Zn复合污染,低浓度Zn(Zn2+-1),抑制率随Zn2+浓度增加而减小,促进胚根生长,Zn与Cd主要表现为拮抗作用,Zn2+>15 mg·kg-1,Zn与Cd一起毒害,抑制率随浓度增加而增加,20 mg·kg-1时抑制3种豆类胚根生长.Abstract: Effects of Cd,Zn, separately and in combination, on the root growth of three kinds of beans have been investigated by water-culturing experiments. The results showed that at 2 mg·kg-1 Cd the germination of the three beans was higher than the control group. The germination index of soy bean decreased with the increase of Cd concentration. There was a negative correlation between germination index of soy bean and Cd concentration. There was no effect on the germination index of mung bean and pea, and the root growth of the three beans was inhibited, especially for mung bean. After 24 h the roots of the three beans became putrescence or stopped growing Zn had no effect on the germination of the three beans. As Zn concentration was lower (Zn2+-1), the growth of the roots was stimulated, and the inhibition on the root growth decreased with the increase of Zn concentrations, especially for mung bean. The inhibition rates increased with the increase of Zn concentrations, and the root growth was inhibited (20 mg·kg-1). With 20 mg·kg-1 Cd, the inhibition rates decreased with the increase of Zn at low concentration(Zn2+-1), and the growth was stimulated. At Zn2+>15 mg·kg-1, Cd and Zn inhibited together. The inhibition rates increased with the increase of Zn concentrations, and the roots growth was inhibited when the concentration of Zn was 20 mg·kg-1.
