Research on operating parameters of anaerobic fluidized bed for liquor wastewater treatment

Abstract: The effects of the bed expansion rate, HRT, temperature and the impact of organic volumetric loading on the COD removal rate of AFB reactor were studied. The results showed that under the conditions of temperature of 32 ± 2℃, water COD 6 000 mg/L, pH 7.2,the optimization of AFB reactor was bed expansion rate reached to 36%, reflux ratio was 1∶7, hydraulic retention time was 8 h,ther the wastewater COD removal rate was up to 80%. At the same time, when the organic volumetric loading was up to 36.1 kg COD/(m3·d),the removal rate of COD decreased obviously.
