  • Aiming at sludge anaerobic treatment,integrated reactors for sludge thickening and digestion were researched,and the ICSTD, MISTD and TISTD three sets reactors were designed. The reactors have two reaction chambers and use the methane or machine for sludge mixing. According to the run result, at the medium temperature, while inlet sludge moisture content is 98.3%~99.8% and VS/TS is 0.52~0.69,the discharged sludge moisture content is 87.4%~97.3% and VS/TS is 0.23~0.51, and the practical biogas yield is 8.2~76.6 L/d. It is shown that the efficiency of concentration and digestion is better than other reactors.
