  • By orthogonal experiment of L9(34),the optimum conditions of the coagulation experiment were confirmed about concentration of chitosan,pH of wastewater,agitation rate and falling period.The results show that removal rate of COD reached 96.7% when the dosage of chitosan was 100 mg/L,pH was 6,stirring rate was 200 r/min and settling time was 5 min. COD of the effluent was reduced to 276 mg/L,which met the national three-level effluent standard.
