Abstract: Based on the semi-aerobic landfill simulating tests, the FSQ criteria of semi-aerobic landfill were studied. The assessment indexes of semi-aerobic landfill vary with time but not synchronized. So the stabilization process of semi-aerobic landfill can be divided into three stages: unsteadiness, relative and absolute stabilization. Only the last two stages were investigated in this study. So the FSQ criteria of semi-aerobic landfill can be divided into two phases: the first -degree FSQ criteria in the absolute stabilization, the second-degree FSQ criteria in the relative stabilization. In the relative stabilization state of semi-aerobic landfill, settlement is the controlling index. Base on the data analysis and simulation, the second-degree FSQ criteria of semi-aerobic landfill are concluded as the following: the ratio of the total settlement to the initial height of the solid waste in landfill≥30%,leachate COD≤400 mg/L,NH3-N≤15 mg/L,TVS/TDS≤6%,solid waste BDM≤6%. In the absolute stabilization state of semiaerobic landfill, COD(less than 100 mg/L) is the controlling index, the first -degree FSQ criteria are established: the ratio of the total settlement to the initial height of the solid waste in landfill>30%,leachate COD≤100 mg/L,NH3-N≤15 mg/L,TVS/TDS≤3%,solid waste BDM≤3%.
