  • The solidification of the sludge in the sulphuric acid wastewater treatment system with fly ash and cement was studied. The leaching rate of arsenic in the sludge exceeds the standard.The best solidifying proportioning is: cement∶flyash∶sludge=1∶1∶2. The leaching conccentration can get a stable value after 24 days leaching. The lowest leaching concentration can be get under pH 7. And the additives have negative effects. Using moisture maintenance is better than common maintenance. Comparing with cement solidifition,the fly ash is much more efficient and ecnomical.
