基于MBR出水的纳滤预处理技术优化分析
Optimization analysis for pretreatment technologies of nanofiltration based on MBR effluent

摘要: 针对再生水厂膜生物反应器(MBR)出水水质特征,对后续深度处理工艺中与纳滤组合的预处理技术进行筛选。通过对臭氧、活性炭、臭氧活性炭3种预处理技术对比,分析3种预处理方式对有机物的去除效率及对分子尺寸的影响规律。实验结果表明,3种预处理技术对MBR出水中有机物的平均去除率分别为6.6%、31.7%和36.6%;市政污水经MBR处理后出水中有机物主要集中在分子量3/d中试系统中,3种预处理技术分别与纳滤组合的运行实验表明,“活性炭+纳滤”工艺中膜比通量衰减最小,该工艺连续运行1年中试,系统运行稳定,出水含盐量在255 mg/L以下,TOC低于2.5 mg/L。Abstract: According to the water quality of membrane bioreactor (MBR) effluent, pretreatment units of nanofiltration (NF) system were analyzed in the advanced treatment process. Three kinds of pretreatment units (ozonation, granular activated carbon(GAC) and ozonation-GAC) were compared, the removal of organic pollutants and the molecular size distribution were analyzed. The experimental results showed that the average removal efficiency of organic pollutants by three kinds of pretreatments were 6.6%, 31.7% and 36.6%,respectively. To the MBR effluent of municipal sewage, the molecular size of organic pollutants mainly distributed below 1 000 Da Dalton. Compared with GAC, the removal efficiency of organic pollutants with molecular size below 1 000 Da decreased by 50% for ozonation-GAC (GAC 34.3%, ozonation-GAC 16.3%). Continuous operation of NF combined with three kinds of pretreatments respectively in a 300 t/d pilot-scale experiment system showed that the most slowly attenuation of membrane specific flux was obtained in the process “GAC +NF”. After continuous running of one year with “GAC +NF”, the performance was stable and efficient. Water quality analysis showed that salinity of NF effluent was below 255 mg/L and TOC was below 2.5 mg/L.
