钢渣制光催化剂降解甲基橙的性能研究

摘要: 以废弃的冶金钢渣为原料制备了光催化剂,对其进行了物性测试,并通过处理甲基橙模拟废水,研究了光催化剂投加量、模拟废水pH值和初始浓度及投加FeCl2作助剂对光催化剂性能的影响。结果表明,实验制备的钢渣光催化剂粉体颗粒分散均匀,紫外可见光吸收波长较纯TiO2产生了红移,并且具有良好的光催化活性,在最佳处理条件下,光催化氧化浓度为25 mg/L的甲基橙0.5 h后脱色率达93.9%,适量投加FeCl2可进一步提高降解效率。钢渣制光催化剂成本低廉、催化活性高的优点为冶金钢渣的循环再利用提供了一种新思路,同时也为光催化氧化技术处理水中有机污染物的工业化应用提供了一条新颖、经济和可行的途径。Abstract: The photocatalyst was prepared by discarded steel slag. The property was tested and the influence of photocatalyst dosage, initial pH value, simulated wastewater concentration, added FeCl2 as additives on photodegradation of methyl orange was investigated.The results show that the slag photocatalyst had a good photocatalytic activity, the powder was well dispersed and red-shifted UV-visible absorption wavelength comparing with pure TiO2. The decoloration rate of 25 mg/L methyl orange reached 93.9% after half an hour reaction under the optimal treatment condition, and the appropriate addition of FeCl2 further enhanced degradation efficiency.The slag photocatalyst had the advantage of high photo-catalytic oxidation activity, and reduced cost, which provided a new way to reuse the abandoned steel slag as well as a novel,economic and feasible method of applying photocatalytic in industrialization of dealing with the organic pollutants in water.
