利用化学强化分离-无害化技术处理废弃油基钻井液
Using chemical strengthening separation-harmless technology for the treatment of waste oil-based drilling fluid

摘要: 废弃油基钻井液因其含有油类、重金属、有机物等污染物,属国家危险废弃物,处理难度大。通过大量室内实验研究,首次采用化学强化分离无害化技术处理废弃油基钻井液,研制了新型清油剂和无害化处理药剂,回收了废弃油基钻井液中的油类,油回收率达90%以上。回收油的品质好,除机械杂质和灰分指标外,所测的几项指标均达到GB252-2000规定的-10号轻柴油技术要求和GB/T 19147-2003规定的车用-10号柴油技术要求。在废弃油基钻井液回收油的剩余物中加入无害化处理剂对其进行无害化处理,使其中的有害成分得到有效控制,处理后固化物监测项目中COD、pH、Cu、Pb、Cd、Hg和As均低于《国家污水综合排放标准》GB8978-1996二级标准限值,实现了废弃油基钻井液资源化和无害化。Abstract: The waste oil-based drilling fluid belongs to national hazardous waste because of oil,heavy metals and organic pollutants in it, and the treatment for it is very difficult. By a large number of indoor experiments, chemical enhanced separation and hazard-free treatment technology was used to treat waste oil-based drilling fluid, and a new oil clearer and hazard-free treatment agent was developed for retrieving the oil in waste oil-based-drilling fluid, the oil recovery rate was above 90%. The quality of the retrieved oil was good. Except the indicator of mechanical impurity and ash, other measured indicators meet the technological requirement of -10 light diesel fuel formulated by GB252-2000 and -10 diesel oil formulated by GB/T 19147-2003. And the sludge was disposed of by adding hazard-free treatment. The hazardous ingredients of the sludge was effectively controlled. The monitored indicators for treated solid matters, such as COD, pH, Cu, Pb, Cd, Hg,As, were lower than the second standard of “National Comprehensive Standards on Waste Water Emission”GB8978-1996. It realized the utilization and hazard-free treatment for waste oil-based drilling fluid.
