新型复合混凝吸附药剂对无铅皮蛋废水的处理
Treatment of preserved egg wastwater by a novel composite coagulant

摘要: 皮蛋废水水质相当复杂,既属于含重金属离子废水,又属于中等浓度含盐有机废水。针对皮蛋废水特点,采用混凝+吸附方法预处理皮蛋废水,将PAC与粉煤灰按2∶5的投加比混合复制成一种新型复合混凝吸附剂,通过正交实验考察了复合药剂的较佳处理条件。结果表明,在投加量为5 g/L,pH为6.5左右,搅拌时间约为14 min,处理温度为25℃常温的条件下能够得到较为理想的废水处理效果,最终废水中剩余COD及BOD5的去除率分别达到了81.25%和70.3%;SS、色度重金属离子Cu2+及Zn2+的去除率也分别达到92.1%、98.3%、92.1%和99.2%,达到了污水处理厂纳管标准。Abstract: Preserved egg wastewater which contains high concentration of heavy metal, salt and organic pollutants is very complicated.In this paper, a route of the treatment of the preserved egg wastewater was proposed via flocculation and adsorption according to the wastewater characters. By mixing PAC and fly ash with the mass ratio of 2∶5, a novel composite coagulator was prepared. And through orthogonal experimental analysis, the reaction conditions were examined and optimized. The result showed that when the optimal conditions were pH of 6.5, agent dosage of 5 g/L, stirring time of 14 min, and temperature of 25℃, the removal rates of COD and BOD5 in the wastewater reached 81.25% and 70.3%, and the removal rates of SS, chroma and Cu2+, Zn2+ in the wastewater reached 92.1%, 98.3%, 92.1% and 99.2%, respectively.The proposed procedure was applied to treat preserved egg wastewater with satisfactory results, which reached the sewage pipe standards.
