改性粉煤灰协同PSFA处理高度乳化油废水
Treatment of strongly emulsified oil-bearing wastewater by modified fly ash and complex coagulant PSFA

摘要: 通过正交实验对改性粉煤灰协同粉煤灰基混凝剂PSFA处理高度乳化油废水的工艺条件进行了优化。实验结果表明:当处理500 mL废水,投加改性粉煤灰25 g,粉煤灰基混凝剂6~8 g,PAM 6~9 mL ,pH为7.0,搅拌10~15 min的优化条件下,高度乳化油废水中COD、石油类物质的去除率可分别可达85.4%及50.3%。该方法与传统CaCl2+PFS+PAM组合相比,具有处理效果好,沉降速度快,运行费用低等优点。Abstract: Orthogonal experiment design was adopted to optimize the treatment of emulsion wastewater by modified fly ash and complex coagulant PSFA from fly ash. The result shows that while adding modified fly ash (25 g) and PSFA (6~8 g) into wastewater (500 mL) under a value of pH 7.0, and stirring for 10~15 min, the removal rate of COD and oil could reach to 85.4% and 50.3%, respectively. Comparing to the traditional method (CaCl2+PFS+PAM), this new process is more effective with better sedimentation rate and more economical running cost.
