己二酸和己二酸钠强化石灰石WFGD的对比研究

摘要: 在湍球塔设备上进行了己二酸和己二酸钠强化石灰石WFGD的对比研究,考察了2种添加剂对脱硫过程的强化和缓冲作用,分析计算了2种添加剂对石灰石的利用率。实验结果表明,2种添加剂可以在较低浆液pH下维持较高脱硫率,并且2种添加剂均促进了CaCO3的溶解,在相同条件下己二酸钠有更好的脱硫效果,而己二酸有更好的缓冲作用,且己二酸促进CaCO3溶解的效果更显著。Abstract: In the turbulent contact absorber, the comparative study was carried on enhancement limestone WFGD with adipic acid and sodium adipate, the strengthenment effect and the buffering effect of two additives were investigated in the desulfurization process, the utilization rate of CaCO3 was analyzed and calculated by experiments. The results show that adipic acid and sodium adipate strengthenment experiments can get a higher rate of desulfurization in the lower pH, and two additives can promote greatly the dissolution of CaCO3. The desulfurization rate of sodium adipate is better than adipic acid’s under the same conditions, but the buffering effect of adipic acid is better than sodium adipate’s, and adipic acid has more remarkable effect than sodium adipate adipic acid with dissolution of CaCO3.
