SBBR工艺处理肉类制品厂废水的实验研究

摘要: 在温度为26℃,pH保持在6.8~7.3的条件下,启动序批式生物膜反应器(SBBR)反应器,并在对曝气时间和DO浓度进行优化调整的基础上,对SBBR工艺处理肉类制品厂废水进行研究。SBBR工艺处理肉类制品厂废水的优化参数为:曝气时间8 h,DO浓度为2 mg/L。在此综合优化参数下稳定运行20 d,COD和BOD5的平均去除率分别达到了91.5%和92.5%,氨氮的平均去除率为90.6%,最高达到了92.3%,SS的去除率也保持在90%以上。优化参数条件下SBBR工艺针对肉类制品厂废水的处理效果比较理想。Abstract: SBBR was applied to treat meat product plant wastewater. With the temperature of 26℃ and pH of 6.8~7.3,SBBR reactor was started after adjusting the aeration time and dissolved oxygen concentration. The results indicated that the obtained optimal parameters of SBBR for meat product plant wastewater treatment were:aeration time 8 h,and dissolved oxygen 2 mg/L. After 20 days’ operating in the optimal parameters,the average removal rates of COD and BOD5 reached 91.5% and 92.5% respectively,the average removal rate of NH+4-N was 90.6% and the best was 92.3%,the removal rate of SS also kept above 90%. The effect of the SBBR treatment which under optimal parameters dealing with meat plant wastewater was well.
