类Fenton氧化技术去除榨菜生产废水COD的研究

摘要: 研究了紫外光照射下类Fenton试剂对榨菜生产废水COD的去除,考察了光照时间、初始pH值、过氧化氢用量、FeCl3·6H2O用量等因素对榨菜废水中COD去除率的影响。结果表明,光照时间60 min,初始pH值3,H2O2(30%)的用量为理论值的120%,c0(H2O2)∶c0[Fe(Ⅲ)]=11.6∶1.0时,COD去除率效果为最佳,达到79%。当H2O2投加总量不变时,去除率随着投加次数的增多而增大。Abstract: The removal of COD of preserved szechuan pickle wastewater through Fentonlike reagents under ultraviolet light was investigated. The factors influencing COD removal rate such as lighting time, initial pH value and the dosage of H2O2 and FeCl3·6H2O were discussed. The results indicates that when lighting time is 60 minutes, the initial pH value is 3, H2O2 (30%) dosage is 120% theoretical calculation value and c0(H2O2)∶c0[Fe(Ⅲ)]=11.6∶1.0, the removal rate of COD can reach the best effect 79%. Under the same amount of H2O2, removal rate of COD increases with increasing H2O2 division.
