FIBAX纤维滤料在再生水工艺中的应用研究

摘要: 针对某化工厂甲醇冷凝液再生处理工艺中生化出水浊度较高,对后续离子交换树脂产生不利影响等问题,考察了新型FIBAX纤维过滤对浊度的去除情况。当采用微絮凝后FIBAX过滤(滤速50 m/h)时,混凝剂PAC最佳投加量2 mg/L(以Al2O3计),其对浊度的去除率为99.9%,出水浊度达到小于0.50 NTU的目标要求,此时其过滤周期36 h,并且其投资和运行费用均较低。上述结果表明,FIBAX纤维滤料能有效去除来水中的细少悬浮物,满足后续工艺要求,是一种新型的固液Abstract: Based on the problem of turbidity effect on the following successive ionexchange treatment, FIBAX filter study was conducted for removing the turbidity. Under a dose of 2 mg/L PAC(Al2O3), filter time of 33 h and filter rate of 50 m/h, the removal of turbidity was 99.9%, the turbidity of effluent was less than 0.50 NTU and reached the aim. So the FIBAX process can be utilized as an effective and economic technology for solid-liquid separation.
