摘要: 针对城镇生活垃圾的末端处理，从限制因素、经济投入、资源化程度等多方面进行综合比较，提出了处理方案的决策方法，并进行经济效益估算，最后以福建省石狮市为例进行了研究论证。

Abstract: According to the municipal solid waste (MSW) disposal,a method to determine the treatment scheme has been proposed based on comparisons of limiting factors,economic investment,extends of reclamation and so on.Moreover,the cost-effectiveness analysis has been made as well.At last,the research on treatment scheme of Shishi City is given as a case.
